Arrow uses cadkey design software to perform all tool design duties in house. We use our tool designs and build all of our production tooling in house, including all wire EDM work. Our experience includes (but is not limited to) blanking, piercing, forming, drawing, and progressive tooling. We start with a customer part drawing or prototype part and design, build, sample, and manufacture parts to customer specifications. We also offer engineering support on customers' ideas from prototypes through full production runs. We build "prototype tooling" for customers with small quantity needs as well as high production progressive tooling for customers who need millions of parts, including stand alone custom stamping equipment.
